These two days you will enjoy unlimited game drives over the golden fields and past the distinctive acacia trees adorning these plains. Mara River stands Centre-stage to one of the most spectacular phenomena of the natural world -The Great Annual Wildebeest Migration, fêted as one of the “New Seven Wonders of the World”, this cross-border event, is one of the last great migrations, and a unique world heritage. From July to September each year, more than one million of wildebeests, gazelle and zebra in their troops trample their way across the long grass arrive at the Kenyan border, ready to cross the steep banks of the broad and fast flowing Mara River. This crossing is truly the greatest episode of the entire migration. Hot on their heels are the predators of the savannah.
